Chrysalis is representative of the process of change – the process that a butterfly undergoes before it takes shape as a butterfly.

Chrysalis was set up in 2014 with the objective of enabling people and organisations to develop their skills and competencies.

 

At Chrysalis, we believe that any development is a change journey and for changes to be effective, they need to be nurtured with care.

GROWTH TIME LINE

2014

Chrysalis Consulting set up in Hong Kong with the aim to enable people and organisations to grow and fulfill their potential. In order to do this, the 3 main focus areas were Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Organisational Development.

2015

Trained over 100 leaders from across multiple industries on Situational Leadership® II; completed certification in Everything DiSC™.

2016

Expanded into India, with the opening of an office in Bengaluru, and increased our service offering to include Business Process Improvement.

2017

Partnered with an online retailer to re-write their job descriptions and propose a new performance and development system; partnered with a major US retailer to create process maps for their Global Sourcing Business Unit.

2018

Partnered with a major US retailer to develop a long-term talent development programme for their Hong Kong based senior leaders; completed certification in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

2019

Partnered with multiple organisations to design, develop and implement high-potential talent development programme for their APAC region; partnered with a leading manufacturer to audit their HR policies for compliance with local labour laws of China, Japan and Singapore.

Asha is an experienced OD professional with plenty of experience in working with professionals from across cultures and developing people-focused solutions in the fields of leadership and organisation development. 

 

Asha creates an interactive learning experience that is engaging, encouraging, and thought provoking. Asha believes that everybody can develop and do anything they choose to do.

 

Asha is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. She is also a certified facilitator for Everything DiSC and for Insights Discovery Profiles.

 

Asha enjoys travelling, photography, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Prasad has 20 years’ experience in the fields of learning and development, sales, marketing, business planning & forecasting. He has worked with media, e-Commerce and BPO companies.

 

Prasad has proven expertise in process analysis and redesign, with resultant improvements in productivity. He brings to the table a unique perspective in business process improvement and managing change. He is a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt.

 

Prasad is now focusing on enabling first-time and middle-level managers in successful transition to leadership roles. Prasad endeavours to bring about experiential learning and application of sound leadership principles.

 

Prasad lives in Bangalore. He loves sports, travelling, reading and playing classical guitar.
